Depending on the situation, we are either the controller or the processor on behalf of our customers. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed to children. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can (i) log in to your account settings and update your user account or (ii) contact us using the contact information provided below.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and all associated personal information from our active databases.
9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our Services are hosted in the United States ("U.S."). If you choose to access or use our Websites or Services from the EEA, Switzerland, the UK or other regions of the world outside the U.S. with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that your personal information may be transferred outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may also transfer your personal information from the U.S. to other countries in connection with its storage and processing, fulfilling your requests, and operating our Services.
The personal information will be transferred for the time required to fulfill the purpose for which it is processed. It can be disclosed to our service providers and affiliates for the purposes listed in section 2 above. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE?
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by revising the "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you by directly sending you a notification (e.g., via email). 12. EEA, SWITZERLAND, AND UK SUPPLEMENTAL PRIVACY NOTICE
Play AI is the data controller and is responsible for processing your personal information.
In some regions, such as the EEA, Switzerland, and UK, you have certain rights with regard to the processing of your personal information. These include:
- Access to your personal information. You have the right to access the personal information we hold and process about you, to obtain information about why and how it is processed, and to request copies of such personal information.
- Rectification of your personal information. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold or process about you.
- Deletion of your personal information. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information in multiple circumstances, such as when the processing is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it or where our processing of your personal information is based on consent, you withdraw the consent, and where there is no other legal basis for the processing.
- Restriction of the processing. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of personal information in multiple circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the personal information we process or where the processing is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- Portability of your personal information. Where the processing is carried out by automated means and where it is based on consent or a contract, you have the right to request the portability of the personal information that you provided us with.
